Why work with me?

I want to help you make a change. Change can be hard. I get it. I’ve struggled with my weight for most of my adult life. I’ve tried it all: paleo, zone, vegetarian, intermittent fasting, and the weight kept coming back. But there’s hope. I worked with someone who helped me find a way. I’m want to do the same thing for you.

I know you might be scared, unsure, or feel a little bit like this issue is out of control. That’s completely normal. I’m going to be with you to help you put one foot in front of the other. You’re capable of this, and I hope you’ll give me the opportunity to prove it to you.

    I want to help you reach your goals. We’ll start with some history and information about you.

  • ESTABLISH A PLAN

    Next, we’ll work together to figure out how to achieve your goals. This means coming up with a sustainable plan you can execute consistently. This is not a crash diet, fad, or detox. This is a real plan for real people who have jobs, kids, and a life.

  • Take action

    The last step? Your action. Without it, the results can’t happen. I’ll be there to support you, answer questions, and help keep things movig in the right direction if something pops up.
