Why work with me?
I'm Bob — BJJ black belt, nutrition coach, and current Master's student in Nutrition and Dietetics.
I've been on the mats since 2011. I've also had three meniscus tears that pulled me away from training, and spent most of my adult life fighting my weight. I tried everything — Paleo, Zone, vegetarian, intermittent fasting. The weight kept coming back.
What finally worked wasn't a diet. It was understanding how food actually works — and then figuring out how to make it work for me. That shift came from working with a coach and diving deep into the science through my graduate studies.
Now I train 2–3 times a week and eat to support that. Not to be perfect. Not to compete. Just to stay healthy and stay on the mats.
